Job Description :

1. Monitor and achieve Renewal conversion targets across Motor, Health and Life renewals

2. Same insurer renewal conversion across SBU's

3. Coordinate with product and develop customer front journey for renewals as well as other product developments required to aid unassisted renewal conversion

4. Coordinate with marketing team to build year long engagement journey with customer

5. Analyse conversion funnels along with operations team and identify solutions to improve retention

6. Be the point of contact with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure renewal conversion targets are met and ensure we get the required support from insurers

7. Achieve set AOP targets for b2c retention and manage the entire P&L for B2C renewals

8. Brainstorm with product teams and come up with development needs to streamline the renewal journey both for operations as well for customers

Educational Qualifications : Any graduation

Skills Required : Data Analysis, Business Communications

Candidate Attributes :

1. Candidate should have good data analysis and data representation skills

2. Candidate should have good communication skills as he will have to coordinate with sales operations as well as product and marketing teams

3. Candidate should be ready to think through out of the box solutions to improve retention and come up long term strategies

4. Should be process oriented and able to build processes which can be scaled
