Job Title: Program manager - B2C Motor Renewals and cross sell
Job Description:
1. Monitor and achieve Renewal conversion targets across B2C Motor
2. Same insurer motor renewal conversion
3. Coordinate with product and develop customer front journey for renewals as well as other product developments required to aid unassisted renewal conversion
4. Coordinate with marketing team to build year long engagement journey with customer
5. Analyse conversion funnels along with operations team and identify solutions to improve retention
6. Build the cross-sell journey and process to enable cross sell. Cross-sell here means that when a motor/ Health/ Life renewal customer has been with the firm for more than 2 years, based on need we should be pitching Motor/health/Life or other products as required.
7. Achieve the cross sell AOP targets as well as B2C Motor renewal targets
8. Be the point of contact with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure renewal
conversion targets are met and ensure we get the required support from insurers
9. Brainstorm with product teams and come up with development needs to streamline the renewal and cross sell journey both for advisory team as well for customers

Candidate Attributes:
1. Candidate should have good data analysis and data representation skills
2. Candidate should have good communication skills as he will have to coordinate with sales operations
as well as product and marketing teams
3. Candidate should be ready to think through out of the box solutions to improve retention and cross
sell journeys and come up long term strategies
4. Should be process oriented and able to build processes which can be scaled
