Insurancedekho is one of the fastest growing Insuretech in the country and B2B has been the backbone for the fast paced business growth. Insurance being a repeat purchase product, customer lifetime value is very critical and dependent on customer retention. We are looking for a rock-star Program Manager who can drive customer retention for us. This is high visibility role for driving customer retention for our B2B motor and health business.
Incumbent will have the below responsibilities:
1. Manage overall B2B Motor and health customer retention P&L
2. Track overall conversion and drive metrics including overall customer retention, same insurer retention
3. Manage the retention team and ensure the deliverables are met
4. Interact with sales team as well as channels to understand their challenges and solve them at a central level
5. Work with product and marketing team to build customer journeys and product enhancements to achieve required customer retention
6. Manage insurer expectations regarding customer retention.
We are looking for candidates with below attributes:
1. Should have worked in a role wherein he/ she has had to coordinate across various departments to get the work done
2. At least 2 years of experience managing portfolio of partners to achieve desired sales targets, operational efficiency and partner satisfaction goals
3. Candidates who have worked in managing B2B partners would be at an advantage
4. Should have strong communication skills
5. Should be able to understand trends and pin point actionable areas after looking at relatively large amounts of data
6. Startup experience in a B2B setup would be an added advantage.
