Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Manager/Senior Manager to join our Financial servcies division. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall success of our credit card business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Assist in the formulation of business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.

2. Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize end-to-end processes within the loan/Mutual fund division, with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk management, customer service, and technology, to ensure seamless operations.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of loan/Mutual fund products. Foster effective communication and collaboration across different departments to drive collective success. Act as aliaison between various teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. MBA experience is preferred.

2. 1+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role within the financial services industry, with specific exposure to loan/mutual funds products.

3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.

5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

6. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to loan/mutual funds(preferred)
