Head - Presales


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Head to lead our team in InsuranceDekho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all per-sales activities, including client engagement, solution, solution presentation, bid management, and ensuring alignment between sales and technical sales.

Location: Gurgaon

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pre-sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the attainment of individual and team goals.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and create compelling value propositions.

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements, and position our solutions accordingly.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of our offerings to key stakeholders.

- Drive the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and other sales collateral, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.

- Partner with the product management and development teams to provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence, influencing product roadmap decisions.

- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, leveraging industry networks and events to enhance brand visibility and foster long-term partnerships.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

- Monitor and analyze pre-sales metrics, pipeline dynamics, and win/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/ MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering roles within the BFSI industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of BFSI market dynamics, customer pain points, and industry-specific solutions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive pre-sales strategies, aligning with broader business objectives and market trends.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize pre-sales processes and performance.

- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients.
