Associate Director - Corporate Development and Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential strategic opportunities for business growth within the insurtech sector.

2. Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions to enhance the company's market position and offerings.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and target companies.

4. Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information about the company's performance, strategy, and financials.

5. Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports.

6. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, managing logistics and ensuring effective communication with participants.

7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

1. MBA degree from a reputable institution.

2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct comprehensive market research.

3. Strong presentation designing and storyboarding skills

4. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field within the financial services or technology industry.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

6. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
