Insurance Manager - Motor Claim

Candidate should be experienced into Motor Claim

Must be Tier-1 & 70% trough out

Core Responsibilities :

- Handling of Accidental cases related to Motor Vehicles including TP Losses

- Responsible for overall process from Accident reporting date to release of vehicle, though Insurance Claim process.

- Ensuring submission of complete documents for claim processing so that cases are not reupdated by insurance company in any case

- Work closely with all stakeholders comprising of OEM, Broker and Insurance Company and ensure timely repair and release of vehicles

- Manage the team closely to coordinate with Workshops (OEM as well as Local WS) for repair works

- Coordination with Surveyor for processing reports, resolving any disputes wrt coverage of parts under the claim process

- Working closely with Insurance Company for expediting the claim process including payments to repair hubs

- Evaluating and identifying options for reduced premium towards insurance renewals
