Lead/Head Strategy & Ops (InsuranceDekho)

Role :

- You will play a key role in enabling decision making by putting deep thought and analytics to projects that impacts multiple functions of the company. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration to see-through the execution of multiple strategic decisions taken at the Centre. Further, you will assist the Office in creating internal and external presentations as and when required by the Business Head.

Key Responsibility :

- Shaping and running strategic projects by structuring & story lining the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and enabling implementation

- Working closely with top management and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth, define and optimize processes

- Helping in articulating business processes in close collaboration with respective business stakeholders and streamlining

- Effective translation of 'Vision' into detailed execution plans for effective goal setting with the teams

- Launching new initiatives with meaningful financial impact

- Delivering multiple key presentations - MMR, Board Decks

- Creating LRP and AOPs for multiple LOBs in collaboration with business heads and Sales head

- Providing Market Intel in Insurtech landscape and identifying opportunities for InsuranceDekho to accelerate the business growth

Budget is not a constraint since it's a senior role

Key Skills/Attributes :

- Post Grad degree from premier B schools will be preferred with 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic consulting

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
