Insurance Analyst/Consultant - Financial Services

- Should have 2-5 years of work experience

- Sound knowledge of Insurance (P&C or Life) in Distribution, Underwriting, Policy, Billing, Claims with relevant experience in Insurance Consulting around

- Operating Model Design, Process Mapping, Business Architecture, Business Process Optimization, Change Management

- Working experience in one or more of the following areas

- Digital - Operating Model, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Centricity

- Analytics - Applied data analytics in Distribution, Underwriting, Claims, good understanding of Machine Learning, Automation with working knowledge of R, Python

- Cost Reduction - Experience in Cost Reduction (ZBX) work across Insurance Value Chain

- Master's in Business Administration from a Tier I or Tier II Institute

- Industry certifications such as ALMI, FLMI, CPCU, INS, FIII preferred
