Instrumentation Manager - Plant Equipment Maintenance

- Operation & maintenance of plant equipment & utilities such as Boiler, Air compressors, Chillers, DG Sets

- Maintenance & calibration of field instruments of temperature, pressure, flow, level, control valves, on-off valves & fluorine gas detectors

- Improve Utility/Production equipment reliability; plan calibration & preventive maintenance, manage AMCs

- Implementation of capital projects with defining the scope, cost estimates, specifications, installation & commissioning for opening new automated PET lines

- Involved in incremental process improvements, evaluation of maintenance performance

- Prepare annual budget, identify & procure critical spares, ensure adherence to HSE policies, statutory/legal compliances

- Upgrade Siemens control systems, troubleshooting in PLC and SCADA systems, fault finding in AC-drives controlled system & MCC panel etc

- Should have experience in PLC, Tribes, Automation, programing etc in multiple plants
