Instructional/Learning Designer
Key responsibilities :
- Scope, design, and develop engaging digital learning and instructor led (ILT) content for Organization using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to best fit the needs of our learner.
- Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop content that translates identified business needs into various consumable learning solutions.
- Curate and create best-in-class engaging learning pathways and micro-learning that lead to measurable learners user adoption, shorten times to skill and competency proficiency for learners.
- Develop rubrics and assessments for adult learners.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and curiosity to contribute to the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.
- Manage end to end design, development, and release timelines of digital learning assets in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years experience, progressive learning and development experience in the field of instructional design, including significant experience in designing, curating, and rolling out an on-demand digital learning strategy.
- Strong background in eLearning, micro/on-demand learning, videos, online media, writing, and content curation.
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and quickly changing environment
- Good knowledge and experience in language editing.
- Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms
