Training this manpower will be a critical success factor for these stores. Working with the head of Training, this role will focus on developing content to ensure error free execution of the agreed training strategy for Own Retails, across all Circles. The key areas of training will include:

1. Soft skills

2. CS process training

3. Device familiarity & selling skills training

4. Mobile Technology landscape

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

Content Management :

- Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify what students need to learn

- Develop objectives and ensure content matches those objectives

- Revise and rewrite content to shape it for learning needs

- Structure content and activities for student learning

- Create media to support learning (e.g., visual aids for face-to-face, various multimedia for e-learning and online)

- Develop assessments (note that this does not only mean tests)

- Adapt instructional materials created for one format to another format (usually this is adapting materials from face-to-face to e-learning)

Customer Experience:

- Ensure Customer Experience objectives and targets are met through training intervention.

- Ensure continuous improvement in training strategy and process to improve CSAT and Sales

- Delivering output in largely fragmented and distributed locations

- Decision level

Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management

Working Experience

Must have:

- 4 +years in ILT, CBT and MBT content

Preferred sectors : Training organizations, retail, telecom
