Instructional Designer

Our leading client is looking for Instructional Designers having 4-9 years of experience in Instructional Design.

Role : Instructional Designer / Senior Instructional Designer

Exp : 4-9 yrs

Location : Mumbai

Education : Post-Graduation (Preferred, not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding of internal as well as domestic customer's requirements and propose a solution.

- Handle customized ID projects independently.

- Develop different training product types, such as ILTs, WBTs, Job Aids, and QRCs.

Technical Skills :

- Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Adult Learning principles, Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms' levels, ADDIE model, VAK approach.

- Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including.

- Blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities), e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training.
