1. This role is Work From Office at Bellandur, Bengaluru

2. The company is a US-based MNC so there are chances of US Onsite as well in the future.

3. Should have a minimum of 5 years of developing technical training content

4. The Instructional Designer will build technical training courses providing defined curriculums and delivering them to stakeholders.

5. Will be responsible for developing and delivering fundamental level technical courses to help onboard new Partners, Customers, and Employees as well as advanced courses suitable for more educated Tech experts.

6. The core objective of the training curriculum is to provide different user types with the necessary product training required for them to excel in their jobs.

7. Create technical training materials such as slide decks, tab exercises, Lecture manuals, assessments, and reference guides.

8. Conduct audience needs analysis to understand the level of training that needs to be built.

9. Work closely with the Product Management team and other cross-functional teams to build quality training courses for multiple personas

10. Build digital content such as training videos, interactive content, etc. for the online Learning Management platform.

11. Deliver a defined training curriculum to worldwide Partners, Customers, and Internal Employees.

12. Deliver remote (and classroom-based training when required).

13. Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on how to improve the training courses, certifications, and digital content.

14. Build certification exams and question banks.

15. Technical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical topics and present it to the learners in a manner that is easy to understand.

16. Ability to develop content beyond product features/functionality through understanding complex business needs (use cases) and communicating how the solution is used to address them.

17. Ability to build creative and engaging training materials for business users, in a variety of different modalities (classroom and sef-paced).

18. Knowledge of current techniques and procedures used in the design and development of technical training curricula.

19. A good understanding of content development tools such as Articulate 360, Office 365, and Camtasia would be beneficial
