Instructional Designer - IT

Currently we have opening for Aptra (Permanent), Pune Location.

EXPERIENCE :

Candidates should have between 5+ years of relevant e-learning experience

EDUCATION :

1) A Graduate in Arts (MA with English)/ Science or any graduate with a flair for writing.

OR

2) A degree in Mass communication/Journalism

OR

3) A degree/diploma/certification in Instructional Design

Responsibilities and Key Task Assignments

1. Manage multiple projects

- Create Request For Proposals (RFPs)

- Design Pilots/Demos

- Conduct Needs Analyses

- Prepare Analyses Reports

- Create Design Proposals

- Plan ID Estimates & Schedules

- Handle Client Communication

- Coordinate with Project Stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional teams

- Plan/Conduct project related training

2. Ensure cost, quality, and schedules across projects

- Perform Final QC of all Integrated Products

- Improvise processes for efficiency

- Solve project related issues

- Ensure schedules and efforts are met as planned

3. Ensure process adherence
