Job Description

- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content

- Working with subject matter experts and identifying the target audiences training needs

- Applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

Responsibilities -

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer

- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs

- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process like Practice Demos and Exercises

- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, etc)

- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments

- Maintain project documentation and course folders

- Updating and recreating all the videos/html5 for LMS by implementing the standard process which includes storyboarding development and post-production.

- Developing short learning objects for Clients

- Updating 2.0 Training decks and videos on o9 Platform

- Creating a library of decks and videos on different features in o9 Platform

Requirements - 

- Working experience of 2 to 5 years in instructional design and with instructional technology

- Lesson and curriculum planning skills

- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge

- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
