Instructional Designer - eLearning

Job Role :

- Design and develop digital content products.

- Design forward looking digital products that could become independent revenue streams for the organization.

- Create content templates to enhance content development efficiency.

- Script high-impact, intelligent content.

- understand requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate solution design.

- Work with technical development team to design content .

Required Skills :

- Minimum total experience of 5 years in developing technology enabled content for e- learning or training industry.

- Familiarity, comfort with financial/business content.

- Experience in scripting for various formats; audio, video, animations etc.

- High level of expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools.

- Ability to visualize business aspects of solutions.

- Experience in designing content for mobile devices and touch interfaces.

- Demonstrable innovation in content solutions and design.

- Effective speaking, writing, presentation, and judgment skills to work with people on an individual or group basis, at all levels within the team and external to the team, in person, on the phone, or via email.

- Proven skill in project management activities, and reliability in meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and quality of product.
