Prerequisites 1. Degree or a diploma in Instructional Design 2. Previous working experience in instructional design for 5-7 years 3. In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models 4. Lesson and curriculum planning skills preferably Higher Education 5. Experience in Education Section 6. Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) 7. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts 8. MA degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field\ Requires constant updating of knowledge 9. Applicant should be willing to work on-site at Pusa Road, Delhi Responsibilities 1. Present and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and instruction delivery options 2. Develop instructional materials and products for technology-based redesign of courses 3. Design learning products, including web-based aids or electronic performance support systems 4. Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards 5. Conduct need assessments and strategic learning assessments to develop the basis for curriculum development or to update curricula 6. Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction 7. Recommend instructional methods, such as individual or group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises and role-playing
