Our client is a 200-year-old global MNC which comprises of solutions business providing online program management services for higher education institutions, and learning, development, and assessment services for businesses and professionals. Their roots as a company are in fostering skills and they are helping employers to find and retain top talent through workplace learning solutions.

Job Role:

To provide instructional and program design expertise for the development of excellent and up-to-date quality digital and blended learning courses and specialized education programs in technology and finance area. Responsible for understanding the requirement of a course, the components required for effective implementation of the training program based on requirement analysis and course architecture developed, developing a prototype, working with vendors and SMEs for development and review of all digital and blended learning resources by adhering strictly to the standards set for instructional design and visualization of the resources..

Guide and coordinate with vendors and internal and external team members for maintaining the schedules and quality standards expected for developing cost-effective, outcome-oriented and robust programs. Research and implement latest technological innovations to support and aid delivery within team processes and systems as approved by management.

1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Work towards ensuring the development of high-quality cost effective learning solutions as per Company standards set by:

- Following industry standard (ADDIE) instructional design practices and integrating effective learning-teaching methodologies

- Understanding the need and audience analysis - Consulting with SMEs and others to design and develop blueprints for ILT, self-study and blended programs that effectively engage the learner

- Review, test and ensure development of quality digital, blended learning, and multimedia resources and strictly ensuring quality standards through consistent review and peer review of in-house team members and external/freelance resources-

- Designing and creating standard templates and LLDs for all necessary components of the program, including instructor resources

- Strictly adhering to the project plan, cost, timelines, scope and resource requirements in consultation with management

- Managing and maintaining effective documentation to set standards and capture and record specific guidelines, including checklists, stylesheets, and meeting minutes

- Assist in designing and preparing resources for train the trainer's programs and assist in the delivery; as appropriate

2. PLANNING AND COORDINATION

- Developing daily and project task plans with Project Manager and ensuring strict adherence to the plans at all times, raising necessary alerts and concerns when required

- Coordinating with internal and external team members and stakeholders, including SMEs and vendors to ensure smooth operation

- Supporting the sales team when required with demonstration of products and solution, and helping with marketing content

3.MARKET KNOWLEDGE AND RESEARCH

- Proactively research and share with team members as new technologies, learning design practices and learning methodologies evolve and make effective recommendations that aid strategic planning

- Keep track of market dynamics, and use the knowledge to develop market relevant products
