1) Instructional Design Skills

- Learner profiling

- Research and training needs analysis capabilities

- Knowledge of instructional design principles, practices and adult learning theory

- Knowledge of various Instructional media tools and approaches

- Knowledge of various assessment methodologies

- Knowledge of user experience design

- Approaches and frameworks to render learning content

2) Project Management

- Planning and organizing tasks

- Time management

3) Content Skills

- Language fluency (written and verbal)

- Writing for varied media (online, mobile, facilitator driven training etc.)

- Branding and communication related activities

- Content curation ideas and capabilities

- Creative writing capabilities

Has independently worked end-to-end on designing virtual, online or mobile learning programs for adult learners in corporates - right from prototype, wireframe, mock-ups upto go-live of the program
