- Liaison with Subject matter experts (SMEs), content experts (CEs) and design team to develop content for new courses in the domain of Algorithmic & Quantitative Trading

- Enhance the content and delivery (pedagogy) for the existing course(s) by gathering data from existing clients

- Test and trial the content on test subjects, share the knowledge with SMEs and improve the course content

- Analyse user performance data, create reports on course completions, dropouts, course - success- matrix

- Research and be up to date with best web-based teaching practices and technology available. Share the same with technology team for product improvement

- Work with different teams such as marketing and sales to meet business goals

- Strong background in college-level Mathematics or Financial markets or Programming

Requirements :

- Online or classroom teaching experience is a must. If you have designed and launched any course online, kindly share the sample links along with your CV

Other Aspects / Skills :

- Have an eye for detail and excellent design sense

- Ability to present and explain designs and concepts developed
