Required:
- Proficient with MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- 4-8 years of experience in developing different training product types, such as application simulations, ILTs/VILTs, WBTs, job aids, and QRCs
- Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills
- Adept at visualizing the content and collaborating with the graphic designers and technical team members and also advanced attention to detail to develop the end product within the given timelines

Instructional Designer - Assistant Manager
Required:
- Should be a graduate/postgraduate with prior instructional design/learning and development and/or organizational development experience (A degree in the field of learning and development is preferred)
- Should have eight to 10 years of experience in learning design and implementation with at least two years of client relationship management experience
- Should have experience in budget and vendor contract management

- Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project's scope
