Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the business problem, learner profile, & the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution
- Work along with the Client Team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.
- Work through the phases of design and development
- Understand the learning solution design.
- Work on the detailed design
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create course content (including audio transcript, interim quizzes and interactions, assessments, supporting material) that meets e-learning standards and project requirements
- Develop visual storyboards using MS PowerPoint (including visual elements/icon groups and custom animations)
Qualifications:
Education- Graduate/Post Graduate preferable with Background in HR/Learning
Professional Background - Desirable - MA/Diploma in Instructional Design or MA in Learning Sciences, MBA; Degree/Diploma/Certification in Visual Design
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of training strategy, design strategy.
- Business experience of learning content design and development in context of building functional capabilities of organizations- workforce or building content for Academies/universities.
- 2-3 years of experience in visualization of training material for web-based courses, especially soft skill courses, process trainings, academic courses, or product-based courses.
- Should have experience working with onsite teams and Subject Matter Experts.
- Should be able to select and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional content, including scenario-based learning
- Should be able to analyze the characteristics of existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment.
- Experience of Learning Content Design and Development Framework & Software Design cycle
- Business experience in working on projects developing content using tools like Articulate, MS Power point, ( The candidate should be aware of the technical functionalists & limitations of these tools) (Should have experience in creating custom animations in MS PowerPoint; also should have experience in using advanced functionalities of Articulate to create elearning courses).
- Thorough understanding and experience of different training product types like WBTs, apps simulations, ILT, job aids, QRCs.
