Instruction Designer - Powai Mumbai ( 5 Days a week)

- Create the design strategy for learning content

- Create and document writing standards and guidelines

- Manage and consolidate necessary inputs from various sources such as SMEs, Internet, and reference materials for courseware development

- Manage content development:

- Structure content to suit the medium of instruction

- Determine objectives at course-level, lesson-level or topic level

- Script and review storyboards for courseware

- Design and build assessments for various learning interventions, both formative and summative

- Determine and develop materials and resources required, such as handouts, visual aids, textbooks, and so on.

- Direct media and courseware asset development processes by collaborating with media developers and vendors

- Visualize and manage instructional graphics, user interfaces, and the finished product

- Manage learning assets and repurpose content to make it suitable for different training environments

- Building schedules for training, as necessary.

- Conduct quality assurance checks on courseware to ensure accuracy, functionality, and effectiveness.

- Use LMS/TMS to create curriculum, course schedules and grading forms
