Institutional Sales - Horeca - FMCG Startup
- Create business for TWT in various B2B Channels such as Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Airports, Corporate Offices, Guest Houses, etc.
- Manage PnL of all key accounts - driving top line and bottom line objectives
- Own and execute networks for new SKU / new account listings
- Build and nourish relationships with different buyers and drive TOT (terms of trade) parameters - effective use of tertiary data, driving multiple visibility space, achieving the monthly target, and timely payments
- Work with Product and Category teams to develop special B2B packs
- Sales forecasting with operations team to ensure >90% fill rate
- Identify and execute opportunities for month-on-month sales growth
Key Competencies :
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge about FMCG brands and Horeca channels
- Eye for detail in design and execution
- Go getter - taking initiative and ownership
