Institutional Sales Role - Fixed Income/Debt

Role JD :

- Position is with the Fixed Income Desk for the role of Institutional Sales. The individual will be the contact point between the trading desk and the external parties. Also Identifying prospective counter-parties from various market participants and developing long term relationship with them.

Responsibilities :

- Initiate and develop relationships with MFs/Banks/Co-op Banks/RRBs/Insurance/PFs for business development

- Regular updates from MFs/Banks/Co-op Banks/Insurance/PFs on the current market trends and prepare relevant reports.

- Supporting the trading desk in sourcing of fixed income securities.

Requirements :

- The candidate must have an in depth knowledge and understanding of dealing in G-secs, SDLs, Corporate Bonds & other fixed Income derivatives.

- Should have working relationship with various fixed market participants such as MFs/PFs/Co-op banks/Insurance Companies/FIIs & Banks

- Demonstrated industry knowledge and business acumen

- In-depth understanding of basic concepts of fixed income instruments such as Duration, Yield, Coupon etc.
