Title: Institutional Sales
Reporting to: COO
Job Profile:
- Accountable for generating sales from institutional buyers (preference for having worked with real estate clients, architects etc)
- Should be able to develop and nurture good relationships with clients and provide superior customer satisfaction
- Adept at Negotiation and Closingsales
- Generate orders, undertake collection of dues, undertakesalespromotion
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Help attain maximum market share from each of the clients mapped to the SRM
- Ensure a high institutional market share in Chennai/Bangalore
- Activate and acquire new clients to build pipeline of projects
- Possess market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition
- in Delhi to grow institutional market share the brand
- Carry-out product analysis and assist in providing relevant analysis of competing schemes/other market trends so as to assist all members of institutional sales team to make more effective sales calls
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in any discipline of studies
- Prior work experience of atleast 5-7 years in institutional sales with good relations and contacts with top clients and distributors
- Should have sold lifestyle durables like furniture
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferences:
- Ability to interact comfortably with all stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Very strong planning abilities
- Decisive, able to take independent decisions
- Should be committed to achieve thesalestarget
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
Salary:
Salary is negotiable with sales incentives & possibly ESOPS
