- Responsible for relationship management, fund raising via loans, NCDs, securitisation (DA, PTCs) for NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs.
- Manage end to end process of fund raising for various clients, understand the requirements of the clients and advise them on new borrowing structures.
- Keep a tab on the key market transactions and give key updates to the internal team and management.
- Leverage on current relationships, establish new relationships, understand the client requirements and accordingly advise them.
- Analysing financial statements, preparing proposals, Information Memorandum, teasers and replying to various lender queries.
- Pitch various TruBoard services to the clients and get new business across the business verticals.
- Liaison with lenders, borrowers and other key stakeholders, wherever required.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, keep real time track progress of the transactions and the mandate.
- Strong analytical skills, strong proficiency in MS Office including Advanced Excel and Power Point.
- Willingness to take up new opportunities and keen to learn.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
