Institutional Relationship Manager - Education

The role of the Institutional Relationships Manager is to build, enhance and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges and corporates to develop the domestic network capital and enhance value for the key stakeholders of the businesses.

The role is to manage relationships that translate into greater business value allowing the client to help shape lives and careers and having a positive impact on the market. He/she will be expected to gain and absorb market intelligence on the products & services, overseas education, market specific information, career opportunities, skill shortages and industry knowledge to be able to provide the market with the right level of insight and enhance value for the potential stakeholders.

- Educating the market on the business, core values and impact through representing and further building the brand of the firm in identified networks and market channels.

- Market Share Growth and Expansion for all select sets of products and services - Formulating a market penetration strategy to enhance value for the members of staff, partners and business verticals.

- Revenue Generation for an assigned portfolio of geographical locations, products and markets.

- Communicating with target audiences and managing stakeholder relationships

- Conducting market research and assessment exercises to formulate quarterly, yearly and longer-term strategies to build and consolidate identified markets.

- Being an active participant in the learning & development programmes designed to equip the people to align their goals and objectives with that of the firm and its core values.
