Job Responsibilities:

- Tracking all Indian Mid-Cap Companies across sectors

- Understanding domestic industry and linking it with global market conditions.

- Working on equity models, their valuation and recommendation, writing preview, review and management meet notes for the covered companies.

- Working on presentations and industry reports giving views on different sectors

- Analyzing regions and sectors using various techniques.

- Thorough analysis of different sectors with emphasis on underlying industry trends and business dynamics, servicing to Domestic and Foreign Institutional clients

- Building & maintaining detailed financial models and valuation framework of companies under coverage, prepare comprehensive report and regular updates on the same

- Interacting with company's management, regulatory authorities and sector professionals to keep up-to-date knowledge about latest happening in the industry

- Preparing road-show presentation, hosting conferences of companies under coverage and industry experts

- Primary responsibilities include Financial Modeling, Financial Analysis, Quantitative analysis and Research Report Writing

- Research and news coverage, updating the client with latest happenings.

- Undertaking sector and fundamental company analysis across sectors

Preparing financial notes and models and presenting them to clients

Research:

- Undertaking sector and company analysis, preparing pitch books, information memorandums, transaction & trading comparables analysis, valuation, target identification & negotiation

- Preparing valuation models

- Analyzing competitive landscape and identifying investment opportunities in the Indian Mid-Cap Companies.

- Client Interaction

- Recommending investment ideas based on in-depth research & analysis to the institutional clients. Constant interaction with clients such as Mutual funds, Insurance Companies and Banks
