Institutional Broking-Operations

Key skills :

- Will lead operations across Institutional Equity business of the company, and manage all the Internal Stakeholders.

- Liaised between Investment Banking, Institutional Broking and Operations for handling QIPs and large trades

- Assimilating disparate teams for retail operations and building a dedicated team for institutional operations.

- Should streamline all operations and the the successful integration to the TCS software.

- Shouldering entire responsibility for planning, developing and implementing a strategy to support the day-to-day business requirements, from a support & control perspective.

- Assist in Equity Trade support roles to Clients, Trading, Sales, business desk and Operations desk at various regions, ensuring smooth execution, clearing and settlement of all trades ensuring Services efficiency, accuracy and Compliance

- Process trade booking, confirmations to Clients and Custodians etc.,

- Reporting to all Regulatory bodies

- STP reporting to Custodians and domestic clients

- Omgeo/CTM trade confirmations

- Maintain and report list of regulatory limit stocks for Clients

- Maintain and report Non-Inst cash market clients margin positions (incase of cash collateral received)

- Comply all regulatory and internal control related processes

- Check exchange/regulatory circulars on daily basis and highlight.

- Assist for risk Management monitoring and reporting which include client and dealer limits etc.

- Identify/track all new listing of exchange stocks and initiate update request

- To assist in performing EOD Reconciliations for trade confirmations details reported to Clients, Custodian and the Stock Exchange.

- To assist in EOD reconciliations of Market Vs Client and highlight breaks for necessary actions

- Assist in Exchange and Custodian interaction

- Static data maintenance for booking accounts and stock

- Commission deviations reconciliations and reporting and approvals

- Assist on Trade enrichments, booking and confirmation BAU processes

Preferred skills :

- Expertise in analytical, execution and management of projects, having successfully spearheaded complex initiatives from people, technical as well as commercial standpoints.

- Also adept in engaging with diverse stakeholders, internal as well as external including Senior Leadership, Regulators, Customers and Investors.

- Result-oriented decisive leader and a persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and a knack for identifying market/industry/customer needs while successfully ensuring these are catered to effectively.

- Multitasking ability to sketch the plan, prioritize the work and manage the complex projects under aggressive timelines. Adroit at analyzing the organization requirements with a proven capability to thrive in dynamic and fluid environments while remaining pragmatic and focused.
