A. Eligibility Criterion & Skills
- Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint along with knowledge of Finance & Accounts
- Background in Operations or Information Technology
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently
- Lead a team of juniors in specific strategic projects in the Company
- Ability to handle discussions in CXO level meetings
- Ability to structure complex business problems in a logical manner
B. Job Description
- Perform data analysis by collecting and maintaining data from multiple departments and suggest recommendations to the Senior Management
- Working on multiple projects across multiple departments and ensuring timely follow ups and execution
- Travel across various locations to work on key problem areas on project basis
- The Role shall be move towards a senior management role over time, hence the candidate would be required to work on multiple inter-department projects
- Short term secondment to specific departments or locations towards working on corrective and strategic growth levers
Salary offered - 6-8 LPA
