We are looking for a Manager for our Finance &amp; Accounts team. Instapizza currently has 14 QSR outlets operating in the NCR and Punjab. We are actively growing our presence in the region, and expect to triple our outlet count in the coming 12 months. Our Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and procedures across Finance, Accounts, and Compliance are operated seamlessly. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that management is provided with accurate reporting across a variety of metrics including MIS. Lastly, our Finance Manager will be responsible for providing insight and strategy on cost controls and optimisations. As our Manager of Finance &amp; Accounts, you will be responsible for: - Working with the founders to understand the business plan and ensure that it is followed - Devising, planning and supervising the execution of accounting operations: - Accounts operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly processes - Purchase and Vendors - Management of Vendors and Vendor Payments - Ownership of all contractual relationships and payment terms - Periodic reconciliation of all creditor ledgers Sales - Ensuring periodic and seamless reconciliation of all sales sources, payment modes, and bank receipts - Claiming back any mischarges or mis-deducted amounts from sales channels - Managing and ensuring a tight cash-handling policy Contract compliance - Strategy and Planning: Management and Reporting of the Cashflow cycle - Planning for the availability of funds through redemption of investments on a just-in-time basis - Allocation and measurement of capital expenditures against units and tracking ROCE at the unit-level - Working with business departments and functions to create monthly, quarterly, and annual projections and budgets Statutory Compliances: - All GST returns - Payment of ESI/PF dues and filing of Returns - TDS returns - Income tax returns - All other statutory compliance requirements Building aspects of the Finance &amp; Accounts function: - Digital and physical filling system to keep records for 8 years and more as required by the law - Business wide MIS that encompasses insights into profitability, cost analysis and controls - Business model with founders with 3,5 and 10 years projections - Leveraging technology to automate Finance &amp; Accounts workflows and operations - Measuring and reporting the effectiveness and performance of all of the above to the founders Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in Finance, ideally some part spent with a consumer retail or F&amp;B brand - Qualified CA - Proven management skills - Process orientation - Proven leadership &amp; motivational skills are necessary - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Education from a top-tier college or university - Experience with data analytics is a significant plus About Instapizza At Instapizza, we are creating a Homegrown pizza brand to challenge the global behemoths that currently dominate the pizza landscape.
