Roles & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads- ensuring high conversion rates.
- Responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining a relationship with existing customers.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities, Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Set the structure for scaling inbound team and process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Good listening Skills & excellent Problem solving skills.
- Should be enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Experience in tele-Sales will be preferred.
