InstaFiling is a high-growth startup company that has scaled from a two-member team to a 14-member team in just six months of operations. We are enabling ease of doing business in India for SMEs by providing them assistance and a real-time view of their business's legal compliance. We have added 200+ Clients in the last six months, and we plan to scale to more than 1000 clients by this fiscal end.

About The Role

We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as finance, and regulatory compliance.

We need an experienced leader with the fire to make and break things, someone who can build mind-boggling strategies and lead their execution; a highly motivated individual who is determined to learn and grow in the Organisation and has exceptional knowledge of Accounting Standards, Financial statements, Taxation, and GST Regulations

Key Responsibilities

- Creating strategies with senior management

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Overseeing the duties of the Operations Team dealing with Compliance Laws and Accounting Standards

- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support

Requirements

- Must be a Chartered Accountant

- Company Secretaries is a plus

- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner

- Filing of corporate tax returns

- Strong mathematical literacy

- Sound knowledge of taxation, and GST regulations

- Strong background in financial controls, regulations, and accounting procedures

Salary offered: 8-15LPA
