InstaFiling - Chief Technology Officer

Overview :

InstaFiling is a high-growth startup company that has scaled from a two-member team to a 14-member team in just six months of operations. We are enabling ease of doing business in India for SMEs by providing them assistance and a real-time view of their business's legal compliance. We have added 200+ Clients in the last six months, and we plan to scale to more than 1000 clients by this fiscal end.

About The Role :

We are looking for an ambitious, multitasking go-getter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead InstaFiling's strategies for its technology platform.

We need a competent CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who will be our first technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting the company's strategic direction, development, and future growth. In this position, you will oversee our overall technology development and technology utilization plan and manage all information technology resources of InstaFiling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Build an interface for our web and mobile applications

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity

- Help build our A.I. driven Compliance Services Reg-Tech Platform

Requirements :

- Technical Requirement : Thorough understanding of React.JS, Node.JS, MongoDB, Python

- Experience with interface design

- Minimum 3 years working in a technological role

- Familiarity with API integrations, and modern front-end as well as back-end pipelines

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
