Role: Digital Marketing Consultant
Location: NCR
Background: Digital is a high priority area within the organization. The organization wants to leverage digital space to drive both - leads generation and brand growth. We share a great excitement about the opportunity digital presents for us and hence seek a digital marketing consultant to convert this excitement to digital plans.
- Preferably a freelance consultant working individually/ with a team or organizations with team of digital consultants
- He/she will be an expert in digital marketing strategy, tools, and be connected with the digital marketing ecosystem.
- He/she will be responsible for scaling up Digital Marketing for the organization by supporting marketing team. Also, he/ she will be a change agent to drive adoption of digital marketing and new ways of leveraging it in order to transform the way the organization connects with its target customers.
Specific responsibilities:
- Develop a digital marketing strategy & marketing program aligned with organization's strategy
- Lead, coach and implement digital marketing efforts to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the organization's objectives
- Help execute the developed campaigns/ tasks and build strong analytical capabilities in the team, by defining - what to measure- and - How to measure- for each digital initiative across search and social space.
- Identify emerging trends and tools in the digital space, and deliver timely campaign results/summary leanings.
- Guide us on strategizing on how to improve our SEO ranking
a) On page optimization
b) Link building
- Help bring in a technical procedure in our initiatives for us to trace the browser/ incoming traffic- Get more traffic on our website
- Website enhancement
- Support in content marketing: Identify key themes to write blogs, articles, whitepapers, infographics on, based on relevant keyword trends
- Increase visibility and provide relevant participation on social media
- Measurement and analytics to continuously improve our marketing initiatives
- Ability to present information and communicate effectively with teams and individuals
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with organizations:
- An understanding of brand positioning, brand strategies and demonstrated ability to carry this understanding into creating digital marketing campaigns
- Prior experience in digital agencies for minimum of 3-4 yrs
- Masters in Digital Marketing or an MBA with specialization in marketing, or mass communication with relevant experience in digital space
- Strong project management skills, and proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget, at once.
- A passion for Web technologies, the Internet and emerging technology trends.
- Must have extensive commercial SEO experience with a focus towards on page optimization, link building and social media.
