Position Overview:

Role Consultant & Trainer - Leadership Practice Function

Location - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities: Client meetings, Content development, Coaching, Administering assessments, Facilitation, Developing / Customizing client proposal, Stakeholder management (external and internal), Project Management and training methodologies.

Objective of the Role:

The consultant will be a part of the Leadership practice team and will be reporting to the Leadership Practice head. The role of a consultant is to assist the product/solution development team in the development and customization of InspireOne solutions through research and exploration, and facilitating leadership development initiative. The aim is to support in the delivery of solutions based on the outcomes agreed with the client.

The role also supports administrative tasks at the location like training need analysis, customization of solutions, pre-sales support in terms of solutioning and closing business.

Key elements of the Role:

Training and Facilitation:

- Facilitation (Face to face / online / hybrid) of training & leadership development interventions as per defined standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Conduct training need analysis, customize, and contextualize solutions for various industries, product development.

- Should have ample technology know-how in order to facilitate online sessions.

Support in research, designing and developing solutions:

- Assisting the leadership practice team in new content development, productization, and customization of InspireOne Solutions. Should be able to bring in Instruction Design expertise in building world class content design.

- Conducting background research regarding upcoming leadership, sales, and organization development solutions. Market analysis for ongoing Human Capital development trends. This also includes competitor profiling to gather Information on industry/ competitors.

- Assisting the practice team with content/knowledge management.

- Implement a process to ensure regular updates to the content in a version control manner.

- Supporting team with development of technology-based assessment tools, training aids and optimizing existing assessments.

Project Management and BD Support:

- Meeting with the Clients for understanding their requirements and proposing solutions based on his/her in-depth knowledge about the products and supporting SME & Sr. Consultants on proposal creation and customization and providing pre-sales support.

- Work with the sales team to understand the needs of the client and get the proposal made appropriately.

- Challenge the approach, if need be, to ensure the proposal is more in line with the client outcomes rather than proposing vanilla offerings.

- Provide relevant information and education to the marketing team to release timely blogs, articles, posters, surveys etc.

Business Impact Analysis:

Devising methods to objectively measure the impact of different solutions and interventions related to individual role.
