Experience:

- The ideal candidate 4-12 years of total experience, must have atleast 3-4 years of experience with Demantra application. Implementation experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Demantra Applications data model.

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India. 50% travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design business process and application configuration for Oracle Demantra applications based on industry best practices

- Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis

- Support all formal documentation of solutions

- Lead/Support all solution activities including testing and verification

- Contribute to the training and development of key users

Skills:

Detailed functional knowledge and minimum 1-2 full cycle implementations as a consultant at a referable client using one or more of the following Oracle Demantra Applications:

- Demand Management

- Sales and Operations Planning/ Trade Promotion Planning and Optimization

- Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills & self management skills

- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Demantra Applications data model

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science or equivalent.
