The position is for a large family office in Mumbai. The position reports to the Head of Family Office. Mandatory Experience in a Family Office required. 1. The candidate will be handling all the banking transactions of the family members 2. He / She needs to finalize ITR returns for all the individuals of the family as well as certain companies 3. Payment of Credit Cards, Electricity Bills, Other personal expenses of the family 4. TDS and GST Filing of companies 5. MIS reporting of all the assets owned by the family 6. Co-ordinating with Fund Houses for SIP of all Family members of Mutual Funds 7. Co-ordinating with Bankers for Foreign Remittance for members of the family 8. Creating Bank Balance report on a weekly basis of all accounts owned by the family members 9. Petty Cash Management 10. Quarterly Filing of TDS for 16 and 16A specifically in July, October, January, and May 11. Personal ITR filing of all individuals including Foreign Nationals on a timely and accurate manner 12. Accurate Balance sheets of all members and companies of the family. CTC is not a constraint for the right candidate. Immediate Joiners Preferred. Mumbai Candidates preferred.
