Insights Manager- Ecommerce and Gaming

Role Overview :

The manager will be responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, and competitors, to support business decisions that help scale D2C brands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ability to understand the D2C & Fashion marketing landscape

- Devising actionable strategies from customer insights

- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations

- Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects

- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs

- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities

- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports

- Work with cross-functional teams at Tomorrow to identify new market opportunities, and work on describing the whitespaces in the market

- Analyse marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability

- Building views/dashboards that visualize key performance indicators on marketing

- Complete competitive analysis to maintain our competitive advantages. Monitor and track the same on a regular basis

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to structure research projects to deliver the right outcomes within the budgets available to our brands

- Ability to provide insights into marketing performance, identify areas of deep dive, analyze and suggest improvements to various initiatives in the segment

- You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research

- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions

- You are familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story
