As an Insights Lead - Qualitative, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting qualitative research studies to gain deeper insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to turn research findings into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in qualitative research methodologies and your leadership abilities will be instrumental in guiding our insights strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive qualitative research strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of qualitative researchers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality research outcomes.
- Research Design: Design and manage qualitative research studies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, and other qualitative methodologies.
- Data Collection: Oversee the collection of qualitative data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ethical research practices.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative data, extracting actionable insights and recommendations.
- Insights Presentation: Communicate research findings and insights to internal stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and strategy, to integrate qualitative insights into decision-making processes.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive intelligence to provide insights that keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for qualitative research projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of research excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in qualitative research, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in qualitative research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
