About Insightly

Insightly is a B2B SaaS solution for engineering teams to bring in data driven culture for people and process efficiency. Our goal is to make engineering teams release features more often, take less time to rollout features, and still avoid team burnout.

We are an early-stage US-based startup with product and development based out of India. We are building in India for global markets, using the Silicon Valley exposure of our founder, advisors, and investors from top companies like Uber, Square, Microsoft, and Amazon. Few of the early engineering team, including the founder, are based out of Hyderabad but are open to remote team members as long as they can travel occasionally.

Requirements

1. Hunter mindset with a minimum of 4+ years of quota carrying small to mid-market sales experience targeting tech companies, preferably in software sales.

2. Strong track record of hitting quota for the past 3 years.

3. Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly.

4. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.

5. Ability to think independently and motivated while working remotely.

6. Experience at an early stage tech startup or proven track record operating in the earliest stages of a sales team is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

1. Build a pipeline of prospects, source and develop sales opportunities, identify and qualify leads.

2. Connect and build relationships with prospective B2B customers.

3. Demonstrate Insightly's value through phone calls and virtual/in person presentations.

4. Manage, track and report on all sales activities in the CRM.

5. Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics.

6. Work closely with new clients during the POC in collaboration with the Tech Team.

7. Contribute to the creation of marketing material and work closely with marketing on lead generation and campaign execution.
