Insight Senior Manager

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

- Analyze large sets of data to extract meaningful insights and trends.

- Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.

Strategic Insight Development:

- Develop strategic insights based on market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives.

Reporting and Visualization:

- Design and create reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

- Utilize data visualization tools such as Kibana and Google Data Studio to present findings in a compelling manner.

Competitor and Market Analysis:

- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

- Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of insight analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

- Act as a strategic partner, advising leadership on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Maste's degree in any field

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with excellent experience in team management.

- Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Kibana and Google Data Studio is an add on - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing team.
