AltUni.in by InsideIIM is a fast growing Ed-Tech platform and we are looking for a Head Scout - Creators for finding talent and superstar professionals who can become creators on AltUni. We run Masterklasses and counselling programs which are exclusively served by top industry professionals

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Identifying top professionals, entrepreneurs and creators who can add value to Altuni participants

- Visualise potential products with Product Manager - Program development to build a strong revenue pipeline.

- Sign top creators and lock in commercial contracts with them

- Build an auditioning pipeline of creators and execute it on our Youtube channel and/or behind our registration wall

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate from a Top-Tier University

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- High networking ability

- A nose for the right content and talent

- Strong people management skills

- A generalist who has a diverse set of knowledge about a range of topics

- High quality communication skills
