Job Description

- Aurigo is looking to hire inside sales representatives to sell enterprise class software solutions for business process automation, capital planning and project management to both public and private sector entities including schools, universities, public works departments, energy and oil & gas verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the field sales organization for Aurigo's software products and services within North America (USA and Canada). Your role will include cold calling, tracking leads generated by marketing, online presentations of Aurigo solutions and qualification of leads based on the defined criterion.

Requirements:

Communications Skills:

- Excellent English language written and verbal skills are an absolute must.

- Having undertaken voice training course specific to North America assent will be an advantage.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales roles. We prefer to have 1+ years of experience calling in North America market.

- Comfort with presenting technology to solve business automation problems in corporate enterprises. Experience of generating leads for large enterprise application solutions is desired.

- Computer Skill Set: Use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required to do the job.

- We are looking for individuals who are intelligent, motivated and driven. Everything about the industry and technology can be taught.

Location: You will be based in Bangalore, India and working hours will depend on business hours for your assigned territory within North America (tentatively 1730 – 0230 IST).
