Inside Sales Talent( IT - SAAS sales)


Job Description:


- We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Inside Sales Talents to join our dynamic team.


- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our organization.


- You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, generating interest, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and ultimately closing sales.


- This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for sales and business development.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree and MBA or a Sales-related educational specialization.


- A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales and Services Sales.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.


- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales conversion.


- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and CRM tools is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Generation: Actively engage in lead generation activities through various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn connections, warm calling, and engaging with key decision-makers on different platforms.


- Account/Lead Mapping: Utilize sales-first data engagement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo to identify and map potential leads and accounts before initiating contact.


- Lead Nurturing: Systematically communicate with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.


- Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with leads to understand their business requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.


- CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate information on leads, prospects, and opportunities within our CRM system, ensuring a seamless sales process and efficient communication across the team.
