Job Description
- The executive would be responsible for reaching out to clients and explain the value prop of the NUMBERZ platform and get prospective clients to signup for an in-person visit or get an online demo
- The executive should be able to manage the volume of calls and at the same time get maximum customers engaged with the product either through a demo or through explaining how Numberz can add value to their business
- Numberz would be sharing the database of prospective clients. Leads to be shared via CRM and Excel. The executive would not be responsible for self-discovery and research
- Matured leads to be passed onto the Numberz Field sales team for deal closure
- The executive must have the ability to work and make notes on Excel and use CRM tools
- The executive would be given access to the backend CRM
- SHEROES project Manager to have a separate login/access to the CRM as well
- The executive will work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) from 10 AM to 6 PM
- Training on product and knowledge transfer to be managed by Numberz before the start of the project. This would be a F2F training in Gurgaon.
Please note if you are opting for work from home job then you need to attend 1 week of training at office post that you can resume from home
SLA/KPI: Number of demos scheduled per month to be the success criteria
Lease note: Candidate should have their own laptop/Desktop with 6mbps net connection
