Inside Sales Role - Consumer Electronics Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (3-6 yrs)
UG/PG from a premier institute and prior startup experience is preferred but not necessary
Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience in database management in excel
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- You are responsible for contacting prospective clients to generate interest in the company's services. Develop strong links with key stakeholders in the Organizations to achieve strategic goals.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Database profiling and validation
- Effectively present and the value of products and solutions with executives team.
- Identify and engage with accounts and deliver a value based pitch.
- Key Account Management
- New account development
- Ensure a strong and healthy pipeline and generate leads for both license and services revenues.
- Meet/exceed the revenue target for the assigned territory Generate whitepapers, thought leadership papers and sales presentations as required.
- Showcase the value of solutions in action Proposal generation, response to RFI's and release of offers Deal closure and billing Work closely with the services organization to ensure effective translation.
