Job Description :

- The role comes with the responsibility for organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation thereby maximizing profitability. Sales in the context of business refers to New Customer Acquisition as well as Enhancing Relationship Value with existing customers.

- Build a healthy relationship with the entire team and provide critical solutions to boost business

- Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan for the market by tracking all sales and marketing initiatives

- Thoroughly understand the product, including, but not limited to: features, benefits, compatibility, pricing/configuration, application.

- Identify and acquire new institutional partners plus retain and grow the existing businesses. Conduct remote meetings and calls on a daily basis.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure that the client's needs are being met.

- Consistent delivery of revenue outcomes.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

- Represent and articulate the value proposition of company offerings as well as understanding their requirements and mapping our solutions to their requirements.

- Create compelling and quality proposals in sync with the institution's needs to bring the sales to closure.

Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience into Institutional Business/B2B Sales..

- MBA in Agribusiness/ BSc.(Agri,Hort,Ag.MaCo)+ MBA/B.Tech in Ag.Engineering +MBA/MSc.+ MBA

- Having experience working and strategizing in international expansion is beneficial

- Better understanding of Institutional business/B2B Business.

- Ability to remotely manage work, engage with cross functional teams and deliver work as delegated.

- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.

- Experience in using pipedrive/salesforce/Zoho will be an added advantage.

- Project management skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels

- Understanding of the SEA region and its Agriculture/horticulture industry knowledge is a must.
